Lo increíble es que, técnicamente, sería posible crear un «vínculo de afiliación» (por llamarlo de alguna forma) sin necesidad de utilizar parámetros en la URL, habilitándolo a través de la API y con protocolo seguro, pero me temo de los proveedores no están por la labor (la API deben implementarlo ellos, claro) porque cuentan con que bastantes clientes quitarán los parámetros de la URL.
