Affiliates discussed the issues in Internet forums and began to organize their efforts. They believed that the best way to address the problem was to discourage merchants from advertising via adware. Merchants that were either indifferent to or supportive of adware were exposed by affiliates, thus damaging those merchants' reputations and tarnishing their affiliate marketing efforts. Si estás comparando programas de afiliación, uno de los factores que debes valorar es el de la duración de la ventana de conversión que genera la cookie. Hay programas de afiliación de importantes anunciantes que solo te guardan la cookie durante 1 día, excepto si el usuario ha dejado el producto en el carrito de compra (en este caso lo amplían hasta 90 días). Es habitual que la ventana de conversión se establezca en 30 días o más.

Porque de todos los recomendados no usan ninguno? no veo sección de publicidad ni de productos en toda la página supongo que solamente está dedicada a atrapar afiliados… Tengo una web/revista de todo tipo de contenido y recomendaciones pero creo que es muy joven aún y no estoy generando el tráfico y ganancias que quisiera, tal vez es mejor vender espacios publicitarios personales que depender de los intermediarios/nidos que pagan miserias de comisiones, creo que la venta de información es mejor pagada una vez que seas punto de atención, te pagaran por recomendar algo o por información que no quieren que salga a la luz (humilde opinión).

La comisión por venta depende mucho de la empresa que tenga ese programa de afiliados. Por ejemplo, el programa de afiliados de amazon oscila entre el 5% y 10% de comisión por venta. Esto quiere decir que si yo recomiendo un producto de 100€, podría ganar entre 5 y 10€ cada vez que alguien lo compre gracias a mí. En el caso concreto de amazon, tiene un límite de 10€ como máximo.
